Stepan is an entrepreneur with 20 + years experience in Economics, Sales and Marketing & Corporate Management. Born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia, Stepan earned his bachelor’s degree in World Economics from the Yerevan State Institute of Economy in 2002. Between 2000 and 2004, he served in the Republic of Armenia’s military forces, concluding his service as an artillery platoon commander. In 2006, Stepan embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, establishing and developing multiple companies in Armenia’s real estate, construction, investment, and development sectors. Demonstrating a strategic vision for expansion, from 2015 to 2020, he opened international representative offices of his real estate business in Lebanon, Cyprus, and Dubai, extending his business footprint beyond Armenia. In 2024, Stepan relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he quickly integrated into the local business community by founding two successful enterprises. Since his initial visit to the United States in 2023, he has been an active member of the St. Hagop Armenian Church, participating in stewardship programs and sharing his experiences to inspire community involvement. Stepan is married to Naira and together they have three children. He maintains a proactive approach to life, engaging in sports, self-education, and social activities. Stepan’s journey reflects a commitment to economic development, community engagement, and cultural preservation, both in Armenia and his new home in Tampa, Florida.
