Stepan has been a part of St Hagop community since 1995 and served three terms on parish council from 2009-2014, with five of those years as chairman of the council. He was present at the introduction of the blue prints, ground breaking and consecration of the church. Stepan manages and leads the church choir. He attended San Diego State University for four years majoring in Electrical Engineering. He has been working at Publix Supermarkets as Bakery Manager since 1995. His responsibilities are in training new management candidates and improving the productivity and profitability of the assigned location. He has supported the United Way through Publix sponsorship.  Stepan is married to Seta, they have a daughter Tiana and live in Riverview, Fl. Stepan is currently one of two Diocesan Delegates of St. Hagop.
