What soon became clear was that the deepest spiritual treasure of our nation was not hidden only in its architecture, but buried deep within the hearts of the faithful men and women who first came to this country and generation of immigrants thereafter, like us, who keep the flame of faith alive. You could see this in the diverse displays of the Bible Museum and the diverse people who flocked to the place, Armenians, Native Americans, Ethiopians, Russian, Black-Americans all-whose faith heritage was on display at the museum and whose living faith was on display as we crowded in to this museum.
