Annual Parish Assembly

Dear St. Hagop Armenian Church Faithful,

As posted in our bulletins, newsletters, and eblasts, our annual parish membership assembly will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 12:30 PM in the sanctuary of our church.

As per Diocesan bylaws, anyone may attend and observe our parish assembly, but only voting members may address the assembly with comments or questions and vote for officers.

Please do everything in your power to be present on Sunday, Feb. 8. It is a joyful duty and privilege to participate in the highest level of governance of our church! For your convenience, a coffee hour buffet will be provided following the morning’s Liturgy and prior to the Assembly.

Please click here to view the Agenda for our meeting. Also, for your convenience, the 2014 Annual Report will be available for dues paid members-online or for advanced pick-up-at least one week prior to the assembly, and throughout the week during normal office hours.
