We must remember these words and think of them especially now, through Lent. But the most important words in the parable come at the very beginning, when the Master asks the Steward: “What is this I hear about you? Give me an account of your stewardship!” (Lk 16:2). This is the point Jesus was making throughout his teaching on stewardship. God has entrusted us with many serious responsibilities. He has given us many beautiful gifts and blessings. But we are called to make an account.

So many parishioners here at St. Hagop are helping with every day needs of our church community.  We must all try to do what we can to assist in whatever ways we feel most gifted to serve our people and honor our Lord, Jesus Christ
