That’s why we not only have one day of Thanksgiving in our church, every single week, every single Sunday is Thanksgiving day in our church. We say thanks to God in a bunch of ways in our Sunday worship.  In our prayers right before we go up to the altar we say ‘Enter God’s gates with thanksgiving… Give thanks to him, bless his name!’  After we receive the gift of Jesus in our lives through communion we sing Kohanamk-We give you thanks Lord who feeds us at your heavenly table.   You could actually say that our Sunday worship gives us two hours a week of thanksgiving training.
