Attorney John K. Shamsey, a member of St. Hagop Armenian Church, will provide a limited number of free consultations in the Fall of 2016 to discuss the legal framework for addressing proper estate planning, tax planning, and retirement planning goals to enable a smooth transition for parishioners’ businesses and estates.  This can include both lifetime and postmortem planning. If desired, the consultation can include discussion of an appropriate charitable bequest to St. Hagop Armenian Church as part of the estate plan.

Mr. Shamsey, of the Sarasota based law firm Fournier, Connolly, Warren & Shamsey, P.A., is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association, the Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Armenian Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
