Raelene is currently the Vice-President of People Operations, Training, and Development for a privately owned U.S. Company. Prior to this role, she served 6 years as the Development Director of the Figge Art Museum, and 10 years as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising for a retail company with 800 locations in the U.S. and Canada, after owning her own restaurants. She holds a B.J.M. from Drake University. Raelene and her husband Scott also have a small consulting firm that specializes in assisting non-profits, family foundations, and small businesses, in a myriad of services. In the past, she served her Armenian Community as the Program Director for Midwest Regional Hye Camp for 5 years, the Chair of the Women’s Guild of St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church in Chicago for 6 years, as well as having chaired several special events in Chicagoland. In her free time, she enjoys, being with and learning from people, cooking, baking, entertaining, reading in the sun, anything outdoors, and everything fun. Raelene and Scott relocated to Land O Lakes in 2021. They have been married since 2011.
