Vartkes Dulgerian was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1920.  He went to Greece when he was four years old.  He graduated from the famous Melkonian School in Cyprus.  After this he went to Vienna to study music. He came to the United States in his early thirties, where he worked for GM in Detroit, MI. In 1965 he retired and came to FL.  Vartkes went to his eternal rest on Monday morning August 31, 2015. May God illuminate his soul and the peace of Christ abide with Mary, his family and friends. 40 day requiem service to be held at St. Hagop on Sun. Oct. 11.
