it just so happens that today on Armenian Christmas, celebrating the baptism of our Lord, we have one of the greatest calls and responses the world and this church has ever known. As Jesus is being baptized in the river Jordan, suddenly the heavens open, the Spirit of God descends like a dove and a voice booms from heaven “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”  You would be hard pressed to find a greater call than this.
